I’ve known and worked with Lex for 20 years both as a creative collaborator and as someone who has benefited from their highly sensitive and highly informed facilitation and teaching in movement work and yoga. They are a multi- disciplinary pioneer in the way they combine lived experience of land, design/permaculture expertise, interpersonal modalities and a deeply human and playful artistic practice. They also have great capacity to make space for other people’s ideas as well as ensuring the integrity of an idea from vision to practice/outcome.

Testimonial for Lexington Love
Lexington Love brings a rare and powerful blend of deep permaculture knowledge and genuine people care to their teaching. Their workshops were not only rich in practical skills but also grounded in thoughtful, human-centered design principles. The way they facilitated learning created a safe, inclusive space where everyone felt heard, valued, and inspired.
In addition I’ve witness them lead a fantastic 'Radical Resting' session in a community orchard. Along with their positive interaction with children during juicing demonstrations (outside the workshops) shows their beautiful intergenerational abilities, highlighting how sustainability and care can be modeled across ages. This is permaculture at its best: rooted in ethics, community, and joyful connection.

Lex has taught modules around inclusivity & diversity on my Yoga Teacher Training Diploma for over ten years. My students are always so inspired by the lessons, they feedback that they feel supported and motivated by Lex’s facilitation.
Lex always presents as grounded, centred and compassionate, both inside and outside of work and has always been reliable, punctual and well prepared.

I met Lex almost 30 years ago. They taught a small group of us therapists and health professionals yoga, and it was in such an amazingly different, joyful and individualised way. So, all these years later we still are privileged to be students of Lex!
Lex has brought their multitude of creative skills and experience together to expand on their yoga teaching. Creative movement and bodywork, music and artwork have all been incorporated to make learning yoga with Lex wonderfully unique and expansive.

I've been working with Lex as a collaborating artist and facilitator since 2011. We've run a number of projects together over that time, ranging from puppet theatre to film festivals to school workshops with learners of a range of ages. Lex is a sensitive and generous creative facilitator/teacher and artist who deeply embodies the values and practices of permaculture in all they do. Their creative, ecological, heart-centred vision unifies their great breadth of competencies with powerful, clear intention. Inclusion is at the heart of all they do.

Lex is a very talented body work/healer person. They work with us at the London Buddhist centre LGBTQIA+ events in setting up the groups we run and conducting bodywork sessions for us to then lead into meditation. They have great depth and skill in working with groups around body awareness and manage to make the sessions educational and fun as well as a strong somatic experience for us.

As an Occupational Therapist working with children with disabilities and as a foster parent of a child with developmental trauma I have had the great pleasure of working alongside Lex in therapeutic movement-based sessions. Lex is extremely skilled at being able to respectfully and sensitively meet young people where they are at and playfully engage them in activities which gently challenge them on various levels. Lex does this in such a way that allows young people to feel a sense of connection (to themselves and others), creativity, control, and competence. In my experience Lex takes a very holistic approach to supporting wellbeing, integrating the physical, psychological, social and spiritual aspects of being human into their work. Although the sessions we worked on were indoors, I'm aware of Lex's passion for therapeutic connection with the natural world. Lex is able to draw on a wide variety of transferable skills and knowledge and is therefore easily & confidently able to adapt to meet an individual's needs, skills & interests. Lex is insightful, enthusiastic, sensitive and adaptable as well as being extraordinarily playful.

Lex was a member of the team on a large family retreat that I was responsible for running for some years in a row. They have a very natural affinity for working with children. They display a spontaneity and playfulness that keeps children engaged and joyful.

To whom it may concern,
This is a letter of recommendation for my colleague Lex Titterington, with whom, I have been teaching the Permaculture Design Course at Brighton Permaculture Trust. We have worked together for nearly 3 years now, and I am impressed with Lex's ability to make all our participants feel welcomed, heard and valued. Their teaching practice is very much centred in embodied learning, which works so well for the majority of our participants, and compliments other more traditional approaches. They are intuitive and empathetic to both participants needs and the situation. Lex is reliable and responsible and I am continually grateful for having them on our team. Lex is also a level 3 BSL sign language communicator and an artist both musically and visually, using their talents to broaden the reach of our teaching. They are a self-starter and would be able to run a course as well as be a team member, which is a special gift.
If you have any further questions regarding Lex's teaching, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Best wishes,
